The Unified Carrier Registration program is a state revenue program established under federal law.  This is an annual fee (for 0-2 vehicles) that is due to be renewed by December 31 each year. Our Legal department will complete the filing on your behalf. After purchase you will be sent a request of information email that will ask for the information required for us to complete the filing.
